The Grey Fox Bluegrass festival has been ongoing for 32 years now.  This year was the festival was held at a new location in Oak Hill, NY.  Prior to the festival there is a long standing tradition of camping out and waiting “in line” for a good camping spot once the actual festival grounds opens on Wednessday for the 4 day (Thursday through Sunday) festival.  On this line - called the “liner party” (or this year affectionately called “the Fox Hole”) there is a great sense of comunity.  We all live together for a week in a hayfield on a friendly neighbor’s farm.  During this time playing our instruments, cooking, eating, and getting to know each other takes up our time.  Here are some videos of me at the 2008 Fox Hole.
